ROLEX DATEJUST 36 "BUCKLEY" FULL SET
A vintage steel and yellow gold automatic wristwatch with white "Buckley" dial and Jubilee bracelet. The Buckley dial is easily recognized by its painted Roman numerals, giving it a character quite different from the applied markers found on most Rolex watches. Mostly seen on Datejust and Day-Date models from the 1970s and 1980s, it takes its name from New York dealer John Buckley, who played a key role in bringing these once-overlooked dials to the attention of collectors.
