Fondée en 1839 par Antoni Patek et Adrien Philippe, la marque Patek Philippe est aujourd’hui considérée comme la Rolls- Royce de la montre. Des montres de prestige comme les grandes complications font de la marque ce qu’elle représente aujourd’hui. Avec un effectif inférieur à celui de la plupart des grandes marques, Patek Philippe réalise malgré tout un chiffre d’affaire plutôt conséquent avoisinant les 1,5 milliards d’euros.
